Home Tour | Living Room | Dining Room

With some encouragement from my friend Katy I decided to share some more pictures of our home. One thing we really liked about our home when we bought it was how our living and dining room flowed together. For an older home the floor plan feels really open. We purchased our house in 2011 and I spent the first couple months with a white paint brush and roller in hand lightening the woodwork up. Within the few years we've been here I've changed the walls colors several times before landing on white, once again. I'm a sucker for all things white. Overall the rooms are pretty simple and minimalistic. Sometimes I feel like since having kids I struggle with accessorizing our home, but I guess that comes with this stage of life with littles running around.

Feel free to leave any questions or comments below.

And for old times sake, here is a picture when we first bought the house. That little baby boy was only three months old and such a happy little chunk.

    1. I actually found it at a garage sale, in a horribly ugly frame. Someday I might get around to framing it, but until then I'll stick with painter's tape. lol
